'Our Dream' Villa, Ciudad Quesada, Spain

Welcome to 'Our Dream' Villa Oasis situated in the town of Ciudad Quesada, near Torrevieja, in the heart of the Costa Blanca on Spain's south eastern coast, 30 minutes from either Alicante or Murcia Airports.

This area of Spain boasts over 320 days of sunshine each year and has been reputed by the World Health Organisation as one of the healthiest places to live in Europe.

Our villa, which sleeps up to 8 people, is an air conditioned 3 bedroom (1 double and 2 twins + 1 double sofa bed), 1 bathroom and W/C, detached town house with a fully fitted kitchen and english satellite television in a pleasant and mature residential neighbourhood.

The villa has a large communal swimming pool, a large sun roof terrace and large garden with a BBQ. The accommodation is within minutes walking distance of local shops, restaurants and bars.

The property directly overlooks the superb communal pool and the views from the roof terrace are stunning. A great choice for the family vacation.

The villa is available for rental all year round and has a rental rate of £250 per week plus £35 per additional day regardless of the season.

A pre-arrival clean costs €50 (euros) and is paid locally on arrival at the villa.We can also provide a welcome pack made up to your requirements and deliverd on arrival to be paid locally.

We will be there at the property to welcome you and show you how everything works and eliviate any worries or concerns you may have.

If there are any problems encountered during the stay or if you require any further information we will only be too glad to help, wherever we can.

Transfers to and from Murcia/Alicante airports can be arranged on request. The cost of the transfer from/to Murcia airport is 40 Euros plus tolls and the transfer from/to Alicante airport is 40 Euros.

You can tailor your stay at our villa around flight availaibility and prices as there is no fixed day when you have to check in or our of the property. We operate a first come, first served basis when it comes to reserving the days you want to stay.

Additional services are priced as follows :

1) Beach Trips 10 Euros each way.

2) Shopping Trips Guadamar/Torreveija 10 Euros each way

Other trips can be arranged wherever possible.

The local golf course of La Marquesa is just a few minutes drive away, and the blue flag beaches of Guardamar just a 10 minute drive but boasts 14 km of white sandy blue flag beaches, with safe waters for swimming and water sports.

You are only a short car ride away from some typically Spanish towns including Torrevieja, Guadamar del Segura, Elche, with one of Europe’s largest palm forests, Santa Pola, famous for its seafood, Alicante, an exciting Spanish city and Benidorm, which is only one hours drive away.

Amongst the many facilities are 2 water parks, numerous Golf Courses and Social Club with restaurant, live entertainment, bowls and swimming facilities.

There are numerous Bars, Restaurants, Shops including newsagents, supermarkets a tobacconist, hairdressers, banks’ with exchange facilities and medical centre within walking distance of the villa.

Ciudad Quesada really is a secluded paradise, yet close enough to three towns, Torrevieja, Guadamar del Segura and Rojales, to cater for all types of holiday.

Whatever your interests the Costa Blanca has everything you could wish for.
